You can start the process by either calling us or downloading an application. Giving us as much information as possible, including any previous photos, will help us not only determine it’s value, but also help to restore your item(s) to it’s original condition.
After we receive your application we will carefully inspect your items. If your items can’t be restored we will source the globe to find you a replacement or give you a current value estimate.
Once you’ve approved our estimate, send us your damage item(s) and we’ll get them fixed as soon as possible. Can’t drop them off? We can pick them up or restore your item(s) on-site.
Only after you’ve received your item(s) or are satisfied with the replacement will we close your claim.
